Tim Pryke

Tim studied fine art at Brighton Polytechnic which he followed with a period of travelling in South East Asia and Australia.
After a trip to India in 1998 he produced a series of watercolour landscape paintings but since his return to Sussex his preferred choice of medium has been oil on board and he uses this to produce paintings of the Wealden landscape, in different seasons and times of the day.
He paints initially on location, and locals know where to spot him working on a new piece, which will then be finished in his studio.
He exhibits mainly in London and the South East.
